What Wendy Means
You are very charming… dangerously so. You have the potential to break a lot of hearts.
You know how what you want, how to get it, and that you will get it.
You have the power to rule the world. Let’s hope you’re a benevolent dictator!
You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.
You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.
At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.
You are very intuitive and wise. You understand the world better than most people.
You also have a very active imagination. You often get carried away with your thoughts.
You are prone to a little paranoia and jealousy. You sometimes go overboard in interpreting signals.
You are balanced, orderly, and organized. You like your ducks in a row.
You are powerful and competent, especially in the workplace.
People can see you as stubborn and headstrong. You definitely have a dominant personality.
You are a free spirit, and you resent anyone who tries to fence you in.
You are unpredictable, adventurous, and always a little surprising.
You may miss out by not settling down, but you’re too busy having fun to care.
What’s YOUR name mean?

Check this out!
Is your desk a mess?
Take a picture! Clean it up - take another picture and enter this contest!
This is what you get if you win:
Flip Your Time Success Kit #4 - Clarity - Get Organized…
The PDF version of Flip Your Time Success Guide
AND Flip Your Time TeleClass…
(This is the part I like) They hold this class at least once a month and you can attend as often as you wish.
It’s January and I know one of your goals, resolutions, dreams, etc is to have a clutter free desk and office - this would help a lot!
Good Luck!
I’d post pics of my desk but it’s not my desk, it’s my moms and she doesn’t use it so I’ve taken it hostage. Maybe I will take a pic and put all her stuff in a box and then sort through my stuff because there is a small pile of papers and books that I should go through. Stay tuned!

A GREAT post by good friend and fellow podcaster Leesa Barnes:
Mistake #1 - Spending Time On Techie Stuff
An awesome point Leesa!
As a VA, I get to take on those tasks that my clients don’t want to spend time doing - these are usually things I enjoy and can do with ease. When I work with VirtualHelper4U clients I get to manage the tasks, do some work and spread some of the work around to other VA’s too. Some of our VA’s can do certain tasks better than others and it’s great to be able to pass that work on and know that it will be done to our high standards.
Say you’re not like Leesa - who has the skills to do the work herself - you pay someone for 1 hour of work to do something that might have taken you 2 or 3 hours to do. It’s done faster and admit it, probably better than you could have completed it.
If you are like Leesa and know how to do the work, this doesn’t mean it has to be you doing it. I’m a VA and I know how to do a bunch of different things but that doesn’t mean I do them all myself.
Another great benefit of delegating is that if you do everything yourself, it’s somewhat isolating in that you’re limited by your own knowledge on that particular task - an assistant that’s proficient in a certain task, process or program might have suggestions on how to do something more efficiently or with more of a return.
Do yourself a favor and next time you’re doing something unrelated to what you do directly for your customers or clients (the things that pay YOU) - think about passing it off to someone that can do it for you. I know it’s hard but it’s worth it to have someone that knows your processes and preferences and can do the work for you.
Delegate!
